Horseshoe Bend photos will forever be a favorite of ours. And this love + adventure session with Natasha and Andrew at Antelope Canyon and Horseshoe Bend was such a blast to photograph. We explored Page, located in Northern Arizona, got to fill up on oh-so-delicious Mexican food, and the biggest treat of all was getting to meet and know more about our couple, Natasha and Andrew.

Natasha and Andrew came to us all the way from Florida. When they sweetly emailed to tell us that they would be visiting Arizona and were looking for a Horseshoe Bend photographer to document their time here, we of course were happy to oblige. We emailed several times before finally getting together with them. And, much to our delight, they were just as awesome in person as they were in their emails. They’re both just so down to earth and we love their adventurous spirit!

Being able to hear about their love story was also really special. Natasha shared that they briefly met at her work through a mutual friend some time ago, but it would be Facebook that would later bring them back together for good. Four months into dating, they both knew they had found what they had been waiting their whole lives for and immediately got married at the courthouse. It’s been a romantic whirlwind adventure since. They later had an official wedding ceremony, Natasha came on board to work alongside of Andrew for his company and, together, they find every opportunity to travel. They’ve been to places like Spain, Dubai, Paris, parts of China… and now Arizona!

There’s not many places like Horseshoe Bend and Antelope Canyon. We would even argue that it rivals the Grand Canyon, and it is truly a spectacular sight in all of its grandeur. The water that feeds the bend comes from the Colorado River, which is also known for carving out the Grand Canyon 5 or 6 million years ago. And every time we get an opportunity to come back to Page to see it, we’re reminded of how lucky we are that we get to call this our work all the while meeting the most amazing couples.

You know it’s going to be a great weekend when it’s filled with a wedding, road trips, and shooting Antelope Canyon and Horseshoe Bend photos. And that’s exactly what we got to do that weekend!
